Can I call to order? 

No, we do not offer call to order.

Do you hold Items?

No, unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of products so we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing, or have questions, please send us an email. 

Why was my product backordered?

The high-quality and exclusiveness of our brand is attributed to the fact that the facial oils are handcrafted and individually made. Due to this, processing may take time. Customers who have ordered backordered products will be notified in a timely manner, but no need to fear the products should be ready in at least 1-2 weeks.

Why was my order canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

What is your shipping policy?

Our orders are processed and shipped throughout the week (excluding weekends and major holidays). We will email and notify customers of shipping delays ahead of time. Also, the Instagram page @opulentoilsco provides the most up to date references for shipping delays when necessary.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier, but will occur in 2-5 business days after the order has processed for most orders. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing depending on product availability.

  • Orders shipped Standard Ground are typically delivered in 2-5 business days after processing.
How are items shipped? 

We use USPS, and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking.  If your item is over that it will be shipped USPS Priority. Please visitour shipping policy pagefor more information.

When will my package get to me?

Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 

Where’s my order? How long does shipping usually take?

We try our best to get orders to you in 3-5 business days (M-F). Rarely, it can take up to 14 business days if a product is backordered. It is rare for production and shipping to take more time than this, but as we are a small business and sometimes mistakes occur. Rest assured, if you think we forgot your order, we did not! We are taking care of everybody the best that we can and will get your products to you ASAP.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. 

REFUNDS

How do I cancel an order?

We aim to process orders same day.We do not allow the cancelations of orders.If you purchased the wrong item, please contact our customer service department via email. However, we can not promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process. 

Do you give refunds?

At this time, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be diligent to ensure you are putting the right address in full at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to you putting the incorrect address or due to not adding the apartment/unit number. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED only, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please keep in mind: we do not provide return shipping labels or refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and discount products are final sale.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is special about the ingredients?

They are naturally sourced organic oils. The oils are halal products in addition to being vegan and cruelty-free.

How do you formulate your products?

I have tried and tested to come up with the perfect quantities for these special blends. Unfortunately, the exacts formulas will not be released in order to protect intellectual property.

How long does the product last?

A bottle of oil can last anywhere from two to three months. A little goes a long way 3-4 drops per use is recommended for the face.

How often should I use the product?

It is recommended that the facial oils are used at least once a day for maximum results, but the frequency will depend on your skin type and how well your skin tolerates the oil. Some with dry/normal skin can use the product twice a day, morning and night. Those will skin that tends to be more oily and even combination skin may not want to wear the oil on the face during the day.

Our owner has oily skin and wears the facial oils twice a day without having a greasy look on the skin.

How long will it take for me to see results?

Some customers will see results in as little as 1-2 weeks, but some may need longer. Almost all customers see some improvement and/or change in their skin finish and glow with 4-6 weeks of consistent use. What is your health disclaimer?

All Information provided is given for description. No products created by Opulent Oils Co. are intended to cure, treat, or prevent any disease or illness.

Is it safe to use with contacts?

It is suggested that contacts are removed before use, be very careful to avoid the eyes. 

Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes, however we recommend that all pregnant women should consult their doctor before trying anything new products especially those that will be absorbed in the skin.

Can you send me free products that I can advertise for the brand?

Thank you for the offer! However, a lot of our pictures come from friends of the brand and those in the Opulent Oils Co. community. If you’d like to support, the best way to do so is to buy your own products and either DM us/tag us in your pictures on IG/TW/FB or email them to us. We will be running giveaways and discounts fairly frequently, so there’s plenty of opportunities to support and purchase something from Opulent Oils Co.!
