Do you hold Items?
No, unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of products so we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing, or have questions, please send us an email.
Why was my product backordered?
The high-quality and exclusiveness of our brand is attributed to the fact that the facial oils are handcrafted and individually made. Due to this, processing may take time. Customers who have ordered backordered products will be notified in a timely manner, but no need to fear the products should be ready in at least 1-2 weeks.
Why was my order canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
